Pasta
5 ozs Rotelle Pasta - short cut
Salted Water
Cook Pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
Sauce
1 small Onion, cut into eights
2 Bell Peppers, seeded and sliced
1/2 Ib Button Mushrooms, sliced
4 Tomatos, cut into eights
1 jar (4 oz) Artichoke Hearts
1 can (8 ozs) Tomato sauce
Dash ground Pepper
Garnish
Fresh Rosemary spray
Saute onion in large fry pan, add bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato & artichoke
hearts.
Stir in tomato sauce.
Season with ground pepper
Pour into casserole dish over cooked pasta.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with chicken or beef.
