COSTA CERTIFICATIONS

• All Costa pasta is made from 100% Enriched Durum Semolina; harvested and milled in the U.S.A.

• All Costa pasta is certified Kosher Parve by the Orthodox Union Kosher Supervision of New Jersey. Kosher Parve means that our pasta is compatible with all other Kosher foods and is not derived from meat, fowl or dairy products.

• Costa has been certified by the SBA as actively promoting employment in State recognized economic development zones of Southern California.
